Hi, I’m Nikki (Berry) Richards.
I believe positivity is powerful, and I bring that mindset into everything I do—both personally and professionally.
My passion lies in creativity, and I’m fortunate to channel that passion into my work in branding and design. With over a decade of experience in creative direction, omnichannel brand strategy, event production, graphic design, UX, and website design, I’m just as energized by new projects today as I was when I first started. I approach every challenge with curiosity, asking “why?” and grounding my decisions in data, user insights, and intentional strategy.
My strength is transforming big ideas into clear, compelling creative stories that drive action. I’ve worked across a wide range of industries—including music, food, beauty, healthcare, biotech/pharmaceuticals, fashion, non-profit, and rare disease—and I love the art of balancing strong brand identity with fresh, imaginative expression. That balance is what inspires me every day.
Reviews
“I had the pleasure of working with Nikki as her boss and as a coworker when she became the manager of Creative within the Marketing Department I managed. She is an extremely hard working, gifted person. She works well both in a team and on her own. She can interpret art direction very well and even better, can art direct herself! She has a great eye for branding and works hard to make sure her work is cohesive with Global Genes’ brand image. During Global Genes’ event seasons, Nikki manages around 100 design tasks at once (all due around the same time) and always executes them beautifully. I would recommend Nikki to anyone and love working with her.”
“Nikki is so easy to work with! She communicates clearly and responds quickly. She has a great eye for design, always keeping the brand’s identity and target audience in mind. It has been so great working with her all these years!”
